I have purchased several Woodwick candles from FD at a really good price and with free post. Also purchased Estée Lauder perfume which I had no issues with at all.

Sent me a fake perfume and now refusing a refund despite me providing proof of return signed for

Fake perfume YSL libre received, absolutist stinks of damp & mustiness. Been emailing since July 2nd & had no reply. Going to trading standards instead & will be putting it all over social media! ?

I ordered a few things and I did expect a short expiry date for the sale items... but then I was also sent 2 items that were going off in 2 months... (160 ml each) that had a full price.
Also, one product came damaged because the packaging wasn't the best.
Anyway, I have contacted them, and seemed ok... said I got the refund for the item that was damaged and to return the rest, which I did. Took one month for the return to be sorted out and I am still short somehow. I think I was charged for postage to send back... it just doesn't add up to the amount I was charged with what I returned or was damaged.
I won't be buying again from here. I lost so much time with all this...

Recently purchased perfume that are much more expensive than on this website. Easy to make an order and very straightforward transaction. The only thing is you don't get any update between confirmation of order and information it's been posted. However will definitely use again and will recommend to others

FAKE BOTTLE OF DIOR SAVAGE.

Bought a new bottle of Dior Savage parfum to take on holiday with me. I have ALWAYS wore this Parfum and only needed a new bottle because the one I have is currently over 100ml and I couldn't fit it in my hand luggage. (I usually shop at House of Fraser)

After arriving on holiday and going out with my partner I sprayed my new bottle of Dior a couple of times with confusion as I initially couldn't smell anything from the first two sprays. It came apparent to me after the fourth spray that something was wrong.

At first I thought I had the dreaded 'COVID' and I had lost my sense of smell. However my partner confirmed that this COULD not be Dior as it smelt like water and lavender. After spraying the bottle a few more times I could tell 100% that this bottle is either fake or something has gone terribly wrong at Dior. I'll let the readers decide what they think. Honestly I'd avoid like the plague.

I have sent emails out with no reply so far. I will keep this review updated.

Ok don’t get me wrong by the 3 stars but I have my reasons. I have been with fragrance direct since the start of time, it was my go-to online shop for ANYONES birthdays in my family, probably been shopping there for 3 years now but and here comes the but, ITS CHANGED and not for the good! It has really just become some really expensive site where the cheapest thing you can get is a Yankee candle which seriously I don’t want. They got rid of the older brands which I would LOVE such as sanctuary spa & style and grace, trust me those where the best and also affordable, where are they gone. Although you can still find some cheap finds here and there I really want the old fragrance direct brands back coz I would be shopping there every week if they did, seriously tho I have a full drawer stacked up it’s stuff I bought from fragrance direct a year ago so I can give it to them on people’s birthdays.

I received my order today, and it is damaged as there was no packaging in the box to protect the perfume. But FragranceDirect are not willing to help. Their customer service is really appalling and rude. This is my first order and not my fault I would like to send back what you have sent me. This is no way to deal with customers by accusing them and refusing to offer any help. They just lie about you and accuse you of something you have not done which is really wrong to do.

Cant recommend fragrance direct placed an order yesterday with next day before 1pm special delivery at 2pm an hour before the 3pm deadline for same day postage and they only sent it out this morning it's put me in a serious bind as it was a birthday gift. If you do purchase from them do it well in advance and don't bother with the expensive delivery it's worthless

Every time I try to use a discount code that Iv been sent from this web site it never works.

The scents I bought were fine, but the constant spamming of emails now is unbearable. I have ‘unsubscribed’ about 30 times with no success, I wrote to customer services, who gave me another email address to contact (which I did) but still no joy.
They clearly don’t care about (and are in breach of) GDPR regulations.
I see Fragrance Direct have replied to give me yet another email address to try to get this problem sorted.
The other option is just to make their unsubscribe button work!
